Yoga Bees with Beth

Movement and Mindfulness for Children

Welcome to Yoga Bees! I’m Beth and I’m passionate about the benefits that yoga and mindfulness can bring to our lives. My goal is to provide fun and healthy sessions that help our children to be self-aware — to understand, value, and express their feelings.

About me

I’m a yoga teacher, mum, dog owner, and herbal tea fan! I first came to yoga in 2009 when I needed to train my body for a 100km challenge event, and it has helped to keep me healthy and happy through other life challenges too - house moves, job changes, pregnancy and parenthood. For me, yoga feels good for the body and the mind, and I love to share that with others.

I qualified as a yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance in February 2020, and then as a children’s mindfulness teacher (2020) and yoga teacher (2021) with Calm for Kids. I have put together my yoga and mindfulness training to create our fun ‘Yoga Bees’ programme!

Mindful yoga sessions give us a fun and safe space to be calm, present, and celebrate our unique selves. It can give our children tools to use whenever they need to focus, relax, or make friends. It’s a busy world out there, so let’s take some time to beee mindful!

Hope to see you soon at Yoga Bees!
